With over 25 years of experience in the commercial storage and furniture industry, Jennifer brings a deep understanding of design, layout, sales, and logistics to every project. As Vice President of Sales at PSI-NESP, Jennifer is recognized for being both a creative problem-solver and a detail-oriented strategist. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, Jennifer oversees every phase of a project—from initial design and quoting to final delivery and installation—ensuring precision, care, and client satisfaction throughout.

Outside of work, Jennifer is a proud parent of three energetic boys and enjoys balancing a fast-paced career with family life. A lifelong Yankees and Giants fan, Jennifer also appreciates quiet moments with a good book and a glass of wine. This blend of professional drive and personal grounding reflects the patience, persistence, and adaptability Jennifer brings to every client relationship and team collaboration.

  A seasoned industry professional with extensive experience in project management, installation coordination, and space planning. Known for his hands-on approach and attention to detail, Rich has built a reputation for delivering high-quality results across a wide range of environments, including offices, schools, municipalities, and public safety facilities. He works closely with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure every project runs smoothly from initial planning through final installation.

  Outside of work, Rich enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with his three sons. Whether it’s archery, fishing, hunting, or trail riding, he values the time spent exploring nature and sharing adventures with his family. He’s also a baseball coach and passionate fan of Boston sports, always cheering on his favorite teams. Rich’s love for the outdoors and sports reflects his energetic, grounded, and team-oriented approach—qualities that carry through in both his personal life and professional work.

Nick is a Project Manager and General Foreman with 20 years of industry experience in the installation field. His career has been built on strong organizational leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on problem-solving. He understands both the operational and management sides of a project, allowing him to effectively lead crews and coordinate teams to ensure every job is executed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard.

Persistence is one of Nick’s defining traits. He is committed to seeing every project through—not only to completion, but beyond—ensuring long-term performance, reliability, and client satisfaction.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Daniela, and their dog, Louie. One of his favorite ways to unwind is cooking on the weekends, a passion that began during his time at the Culinary Institute of America and while working in restaurants early in his career.
